1. Create an account
Email and password, no verification step, no card. You land in the dashboard with $5.00 of credit already on the balance.
Create account
2. Run one from the dashboard first
Before writing any code, go to AI Agents, pick Support Triage and run it against a real ticket of yours. You will see the trace, the structured output, the confidence score and the exact cost. This tells you in thirty seconds whether the agent is worth wiring in.
3. Create a token
On the Profile page, create an API token. Copy it — it is shown once.
export TOKEN=sk_live_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
4. Check it works
curl https://api.baibursai.shop/v1/balance \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $TOKEN"
{ "balance_cents": 500, "currency": "usd" }
5. Run an agent
curl -X POST https://api.baibursai.shop/v1/runs \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $TOKEN" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{
"agent": "support-triage",
"input": {
"subject": "Card declined again",
"body": "Third time this month. I need this fixed today."
}
}'
The response:
{
"run_id": "run_8f21ac93",
"status": "succeeded",
"duration_ms": 1184,
"tokens": 1794,
"cost": "$0.004",
"output": {
"category": "Billing",
"subcategory": "Failed payment",
"priority": "high",
"sentiment": "frustrated",
"confidence": 0.96,
"draft_reply": "Hi Sam - I can see the payment on..."
}
}
6. Configure it for your business
The defaults are generic. Give the agent your actual categories and tone and the output becomes usable rather than merely impressive:
curl -X PUT https://api.baibursai.shop/v1/agents/support-triage/config \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $TOKEN" \
-d '{
"categories": ["Billing", "Shipping", "Technical", "Account"],
"abstain_below": 0.75
}'
